What Is the CSRD?

The CSRD is the European Union’s bold new requirement that mandates detailed, standardized, and auditable sustainability disclosures for thousands of companies operating in or doing business with the EU. It replaces the Non-Financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) and applies to:
